• view a summary of outstanding exceptions occurring in participant data
• access information to raise a service request for the data to be corrected

We'll ask you to log in with your Care Identity account.

If you are not currently using a computer with a smartcard reader installed, you can:

• switch to a computer with a smartcard reader installed
• use another authentication method – contact your local registration authority to enable this for your account
